We havent got mail for a week stolen cards and our box was busted open and stuff was stolen that was for our 1 year old son for Christmas
My first visit left much to be desired, but my second visit was with a different person so the experience was a lot better.
They never answer the phone and sometimes mail isn't delivered. Only because your last name is not in the mailbox. So stupid I have never heard of such thing!
Thought I'd try the small-town postal office...ugh I'll stick to the one on post. Talk about small town charm...NOT!!!
The people at the desk are the worst. So rude. Never answer the phone. And never know their jobs. I’ve visited a dozen times and finally need to break down to write this review. If you can help it go to the watertown store where people are friendly,apologetic if need be, and knowledgeable of their jobs. I literally get looked at like I have 5 heads every time I go into this office. I hope wherever I move next won’t be as Terrible as this customer service has been.
